All bookings are subject to an additional 8.25% NYS Sales tax and 4% Yates County Tax
A non-refundable fee of $50/dog also applies (Dogs not allowed in Keuka Made Main House)

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you may need to cancel your reservation we will refund your money in full less a $100 USD booking fee if we are able to re-book the property. If we’re unable to re-book the property the total amount will be forfeited. We will do everything possible to re-book the property. If the reservation is changed, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the same terms will apply.
